Please make the Blessing of Apollo timer NOT disappear when the time drops to 0. It's way too easy to forget to refresh this bonus when the indicator is hidden!
Protip: You cannot replay a city once it has been destroyed (all objectives completed for that city). So, for the purposes of late-game coin grinding, leave a high-population city standing by purposefully not completing one of the objectives. That way, you can keep replaying it for more coins. For instance, I kept National Park (last city unlocked in Canada) alive by not doing the "kill 5 people with canister bombs" objective.
here's a quick start if you're having trouble. * = skip if you don't have it unlocked yet. Do the ground floor up through supermarket immediately when starting the level. Always make sure you have enough employees--it's worth it to have way too many rather than try to dig your way out of the 0% popularity hole (less guests with lower popularity, so it's very difficult to raise the popularity back up).
GROUND FLOOR:elevator,restroom,gadget*(substitute drugstore),books,tattoo*,burger,supermarket,ice cream,toy*,candy*,arcade*,restroom,elevator.
FIRST FLOOR:elevator,restroom,liquor*,steak*,cafe,ATM,jewelry,salon,boutique,music*,hall,restroom,elevator.
That should give you a good start.
more hard badge tips: go for a hole-in-one on holes 1, 8, and 9. it's possible to do this even with mediocre equipment as long as you have good wind, Driver6, and use your powerups well. You can also get a hole-in-one on hole 2 with a bit more difficulty. The other holes will be difficult to get a hole-in-one unless you have all the best upgrades, but you should be able to get all the other ones in 2 strokes, even holes 3 (Graveyard) and 5 (Boat Yard), which were the toughest holes in my opinion to do quickly. More general tip: holes that have an bounce (black pad) early on, use the lowest angle you can to hit the bounce pad to get great distance. Always do a supershot of course. Same applies to the mines on hole 9.
hard badge tips: 1) you can restart a level by quitting back to the menu then clicking start round->continue. 2) Wind speed and direction play a very large role! On some of the longer holes (or maybe even all of them), you might want to restart until you get a strong wind (10 is max) toward the hole. 3) 350 seconds is really very little time, you have to do extremely well on each hole. You have to average under 39 seconds (including the 5 seconds per stroke). Most holes you will need to get in 2 strokes. 4) Super Stop, Power Swing, and Aftertouch are your friends! Learn how to use them well. 5) You'll very likely need many of the top upgrades.
Hope these tips help!!
