a couple QoL suggestions
- have a third toggle for upgrading crops: 1x, next milestone, true max
- have an option to buy all possible upgrades in the seed shop
If you like idle games but are tired of endlessly resetting for some resource, this game is worth a look.
I've played for a couple years (longest I've ever played a multiplayer game, actually) so here's a vets take on it.
First, don't get fooled into thinking it's a Clicker Heroes clone. It may look like it but you only ascend a few times, & after that there's little semblance.
The devs don't care about short term profits & focus on the game's long term survival. They're generous with free currencies. They also try to consider both old & new, free & paying players, with new updates. They aren't perfect, but they'll also do their best to go back and correct balance issues.
It's currently being rewritten for unity/webgl instead of flash. It will eventually be on Steam as a standalone and likely even mobile.
After a month this turns into a truly idle game. It can run most of the day without babysitting it to be optimal. Depending on what you look for, it could be your dream game!
My biggest peeve is how grindy this game makes itself. If it were a little less grindy, it'd be worthy of 5/5, but due to this one thing I have to give it 3/5
A few bugs I've found:
Luck is costing me 45 MP instead of 35;
My fire staff shoots snowflakes in dungeon mode;
Equipment with Max Mana+ doesn't work for tactical squad;
Which buffs work for tactical squad and which ones do not, is not very clear;
Learning%+ is not shown among the buffs.
Fantastic game! 5/5 However, the hot keys are a bit useless, as you can't select the enemies by hotkeys and have to use the mouse in battle anyway. . .
Yea I missed twice right at the beginning of the first battle and ultimately died because of it. Now when I respawn I have 20 hp and am 1 shot by the boar. So much for a game that is playable?
Despite what the title implies, this isn't even a game. More like what I experience when I walk back and forth to the kitchen--with less things to interact with.
