Just got the Imp. Super fun game. Getting 50K in survival was super hard, but practice makes purpose. Although I wanted to kill the swinging block on the stack of narrow ledges in Zone 8 on multiple occasions.
Arena tip: When in fights the include the Zoul and oter bosses, don't hurt the Zoul until you've killed the other bosses, because it keeps the number of fireballs he shoots under control until it's just him on the screen, which you can handle better.
Useful trick for if the ships are getting to far down the screen in the last couple levels: They won't fire up screen, bu they will try to follow you upscreen if you go above them. You can lure the ships upscreen to buy some space and then go below them again and keep on fighting.
If you want to be a smartass about getting the hard badge, the easiest way to do it is to just use the infinitate jump one time bonus and only go below the top of the screen to get health packs. If your upgrades are decent you should be able to get to 20K meters.
