First of all, I went back and played the first Medieval Shorts. This second episode made a lot more sense after that. Really enjoyed both of them, and found the Angelic backstory curiously moving, especially when Amber revisits her childhood. I thought I was going to have to give up on this badge but I got through it with the aid of this walkthrough - spoiler alert: the end is oddly moving!

Yay, got the BOTD at last (travel 100 metres horizontally). This is how I got it. Repeatedly exit the water at around 20-30 degrees to the horizontal, and get a good entry back into the water each time (takes some practice). This allows the build up of a fair horizontal velocity. Then get lucky and travel through a hoop at a good horizontal velocity. Weird planet this dolphin lives on...
I was getting nowhere fast with this, put down 33 blocks, got well over 250 but still getting no badges. Then I realized I was using Chrome, the bane of gamers everywhere. Switched to Internet Explorer and got both badges (and BOTD) at first time of trying. So if you can't get the badge with Chrome, you know what to do!
If you are having problems getting the BOTD, you need to unlock Pro Division on the Pro Track (not the Sprint Track) and then go to the Main Menu in the game, or close game completely and then reopen it. That USUALLY works...
611 metres and BOTD - how did i get that? No groupies, all other features maxed out, nearly max speed when I jumped in the trolley, and superman during the bit of flight from ramp to first bounce - plus a lot of LUCK!
Message sent to Kong: As of 21/12/2016, the game is giving messages (top, left of middle screen) "disconnected", "progress lost" "NOT saved!". It is still possible to play against the Level 1 to 4 and False God AI, but no progress is saved, and the Arena and Oracle are not accessible. Also on the elementsthegame website, it is impossible to create an account. Whichever username is tried, even random sequences of letters, the message comes back "Username already in use". Is the game no longer being maintained? I am using a Firefox Browser, and have not had any problems with the game up until now. This is a really great game and I really hope it can be revived.
Level 1 is something like 50 circles - I didn't count but that should give an idea of how far you need to get for the medium badge. Each stage of level 1 gets harder, particularly once the spikes start appearing. Good idea to rest when you get to a spikeless circle, but rhythm is the key when you tackle a circle with spikes. Hope that helps :-)
Am I missing something or is there a bug? According to the stats I've squashed 9,734 people. The easy badge requires me to smash 5,000 humans. Is there a difference between squashing and smashing? If so, how do I smash humans?
This reminds me of so many actual football matches I've watched, particularly internationals, where the outcome appears to be 5% skill, 95% luck. Anyway, beat the AI on the second try and I would have beat it on the first try if the ref, linesmen and ball boys hadn't been biased (school of Jose Mourinho). Cmon you Blues!
