Here is some info that could help you prevent it in the future: If you have an issue with your save disappearing please follow these steps – 1) Right click in game and click "Settings. Now set your slider to 10MB (NOT UNLIMITED). Do not select “Never ask again”. You may need to Refresh after this step. 2) Ensure your browser is not set to automatically clear internet files/temp/cookies. 3) Turn off any cookie/temporary file cleaning programs such as CCleaner. edit \| delete
