@preep: top left where your populatoin display is. click on that icon in form of a human. then search for the worker you are looking for and press the i on the right.
Can you add an option where you decide not to hire a worker. Like I don't want to wait another 2 h before the 10th lumberjack is educated enough that i can fire him.
