1) Regardless of Heavy unit options, the game seems to heavily favor the good ole fashioned zerg rush. You can quickly get overwhelmed, even if you buy the supposed counter units 2) Needs an option to disable the bombardment timer 3) And for the love of Pete, get rid of the failure counter. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get the right mix.
This is a cute theme, but it just does not deliver. Plus, there are so very many amazingly great games in this genre. Pick one of the other hundred to play.
Pay to PLAY.
Excellent game design completely ruined by greedy Devs. You literally can not play the game more than a few minutes before you run out of energy. You get 1 Energy every 6 minutes, which means you play for a few minutes, then come back tomorrow for another few minutes of play.
Of course, you can buy energy, along with pretty much everything else in the game. Utterly ridiculous. This game is a blatant cash grab. Don't waste your time.
This and the first game should be one game, not 2 separate games. That would give the combined game enough maps to make the Skill Point system actually useful.
Good game, still has same small flaws as the first game. Just like w Game #1, you COULD grind for max skill points, but by the time you got them you would have already had Brilliant on every map....so what's the point?
Exactly.
Really fun TD.....but VERY short. Way too short to get anywhere close to all the Skill points w/o grinding, and by then you've already got "Brilliant" rating on every map at least twice over, so what's the point?
Well worth playing this game of course, just wish there were 5-10 more levels to make the Skill Point accumulation system worthwhile.
I keep trying to find the fast fwd button...then I realize it still doesn't have one. This wasn't really a problem in KR, but some of these levels are soooooo slow. Great game of course, just like KR. Still needs a 2x button. Also, paying $5 for a single avatar is ridiculous. That's not micro-payments, that's just insanity. For $5 I should unlock every avatar and a few bonuses like KR on Armorgames. I paid $2 there and unlocked some extra levels and extra bonuses. Fun times.
Also, the Wind spell is effectively useless in many places bc of the extremely limited scrolling lock. Give us some more room to scroll around so we can place the wind at lower levels & basically closer to the edges of the map.
Awesome, great, well-built & very fun game. Just please, please, please *ALL* of you TD Game Designers...for the love of all that's holy, always, always put in a good fast forward mechanism. You're killing us with the slow crawling mobs that feel like they take 20 forevers to get across the map. Otherwise, this game rocks.
Great game, love the concept and the art style. As with most Defense games, this needs a fast-forward button to make it move faster. The pace isn't bad, it just gets a bit tedious running at normal speed. I now want to look for more games by this developer. Good stuff.
To clarify, I'd like to be able to restart the current (or any level) with a blank slate, but it always restarts any level with all the stuff I placed before. Like I said, I might be missing something, if so please tell me.
I must be missing the "Restart This Level" button. There are too many times when he just gets stuck and lays there not moving. Hitting the stop button when this happens just tells you "Not Good Enough", which I already know.
If we have proven anything, its that you can actually beat the creeper after all :p No need to leave, just settle Odin City down for a nice peaceful existence lol.
