Also rares seem useless atm, you seem to be only able to farm 2 of many of them which results in 20 max level, so for a vast majority of rares you need 8 more copies, good luck getting 8 copies from advanced packs.. I suggest a slightly higher rare drop rate in advanced packs and also look into making basic packs purchasable with gold.
Pricing on the ultimate charms needs to be looked at, right now $5 gets you 25 advanced charms which with all the free charms you get will probably result in a few 60+ commons, possibly even some max level with $10. Meanwhile $10 gets you 5 ultimate charms which will more than likely result in all rares maybe 1 epic, which will have nowhere near the max level of the commons so they are useless until you manage to farm them or buy more, I'd suggest $5 for 5-7 would be a fair deal for the ultimates.
I don't care what you say, the only one you can maybe get away with not saying it was ripped off is Diablo because it is a pretty widespread name and could be used in plenty of games. The fact that it uses "Baal, Lord of Destruction" and "Mephisto, Lord of Hatred" in conjuction with "Diablo, Lord of Terror" is OBVIOUSLY ripping those names off. Just look up "Baal, Lord of Destruction" these names came directly out of Diablo 2 and to say that they didn't rip off these names is stupid. If they just used the names "Diablo, Mephisto and Baal" then I wouldn't have a problem but when the names are exactly the ones used in Diablo 2 and it was the only game that uses Mephisto and Baal, that is when it is blatantly obvious rip off.
Baal Diablo and Mephisto come on lol.. you couldn't be more creative then just blatantly rip off Diablo 2 names? Even calling them "Lord of Terror" "Lord of Hate" and "Lord of Destruction"
