@15345707 That was in my original post, but I had to edit it for length. Frankly, though, you should never let your health or happiness drop below 90, thus making the +10's the best investment. It reduces your odds of winning too much to let them drop lower.
Some useful tips 1: Feed your pets. The wrong food slows down stam regen, and no food can make it take as long as 2 hours per point, while the right food will get you 1 stam per 10 minutes. 2. Upgrade your feeder. This is cheap. 3. Play the coliseum a lot before ever bothering with a Safari. 4. In the coliseum, always choose higher paying fights: you will get experience for a loss vs a stronger opponent, and the money you get for losing a $100 fight is greater than the money you get for winning a $30 fight. 5. You won't start with many skills, but one high level skill can make your pet pretty effective until you can afford to buy more space and start breeding. 6. Don't bother with waiting for full stamina except for safaris. 7. Keep your pets healed and happy or they will not win fights. 8. Get the items that restore a set amount of health/happiness(i.e. the shampoos and flying discs) instead of the percentage based ones. Plus this if you think it is useful, please.
The down votes when I commented that I get 1 stamina every ten minutes per creature prompts me to ask--are you feeding your creatures? If you don't feed them the right stuff, their stamina regenerates more slowly, and if you aren't feeding them at all it regenerates very slowly indeed.
@LostPlanet Really? I get a point of stamina about every 10 minutes. This means it takes most of an hour to completely refill it, but you don't need to wait that long for arena fights. The only time you need full stamina is for safaris.
To the many complaining about hit percentages: You aren't supposed to go into the dungeons until you have built up some. Use the starting options that give you building supplies and build a good barracks, then train a few times and you will hit more than miss. Your hit rate is based on combat skill and tactics versus enemy's defense skill, so as they get tougher you need higher stats, which you train for with the money and materials you get from working and early dungeons.
I'd like to see a pet protector 3 that incorporated what they have learned and developed in their other games such as Arkandian Crusade. This game is good for its genre, but that does not mean it cannot be improved in many ways.
So, what is the Ascended One's special ability? Because there is no tooltip to go with it, no description of the ability, and I have so far not seen that ability on any other card.
Pretty standard fare for this variety of game. I disagree with your assessment of Chuck Norris, and gave up on the SEARCH page, too bored to try to figure out what answer you are looking for.
I'd have to rate this as the worst notDoppler game they've posted on here. Can't win every time, I guess.
For those having trouble with jump detection, I had no trouble using mouse clicks. The problem seems to be not jump detection but the fact that there is a minimum delay between landing and jumping again. On one of the early levels, this makes it very hard to play until you realize that you have to start the series of jumps from as far to the right as you can to be able to make the further jumps in time.
I have had the reverse bug of nifirmento, where I ONLY have what I had before the flight, losing the $4000 I earned in my most recent flight. I thought I had noticed this happen earlier, but was not certain until this time. If this was an attempt to fix the previous glitch, you made a new one in the process.
There was a glitch with envy. I solved the puzzle, viewed the vacation photos, exited, and nothing happened. I tried entering the code into the monitor again, yet despite using the correct code, nothing happened. I checked the walkthrough to see if I missed anything, and it confirmed that I had done everything correctly. I am now refreshing the page to see if I can start over and complete the game this time, but wanted to post the existence of this bug.
It would be nice if some of the furniture, such as the alchemy table and oven, gave non-cumulative bonuses to the related skill success rate(alchemy and cooking, respectively).
You call that a final boss fight? All of the prior title fights were harder! Also, the Llama trick works better betting on Llama fights. Better risk/reward ratio, and less reloading.
Apparently that hiker failed to realize the one thing that separated him from all of those people who kept dying: he kept moving. When his companions kept moving, they stayed alive as well, it was whenever someone stopped that they died.
Finally got the 12 gold stars badge, though I still can't beat day 3 on hard at all. The key to making it through day five with no losses is a lot of imploders spaced in several ranks. Don't put them too close together or they will wind up wasting too many attacks by having multiple units shoot the same target, and imploders always kill their target in one shot. With enough nail gunners to and a few flamethrowers to support, they can be very effective. I also built a trio of fuel throwers and flare launchers just because I like seeing marching zombies on fire =)
@blah13 The heroes won't go to a level that is two levels higher than their level. Most of the times they go back to town early, this is the reason. The portals only send them back if they have less than half hp, which can be hard to tell. They are more likely to wander in circles when low on health because they regenerate hit points based on how many tiles they move, even if they aren't equipped with an hp per tile item, which can make large areas for them to circle in a good idea. I don't know what happened to your rogue, but I beat the game in 24 days on my second try.
In the tips, it says that items can be sold/destroyed straight from the store, without giving them to a hero first. This does not work, but it would be very nice to be able to destroy lousy items picked up so that you can then have space for new items that might be nicer without losing a random item in the process.
People keep complaining about the adventurers bouncing around in dead ends. What really annoys me is when they keep picking up gold, then turning around to get more, then coming back for even more. Greedy little ....
