1/5. Flagged. First, it must be a game. Kongregate does not allow Flash movies, regardless of how great they might be. [There has to be some level of interaction with the player.]

2/5. When you do the eraser, you can erase everything from the stage including the "color chart". Which then makes it very hard to choose what color you want to draw with.
