The way experience is calculated is pretty weird :f At later levels I can fail at second wave and still get A LOT of exp as long as i kill 50-60% of enemies. This is kind of abusable as you can get very easy experience and levelups. But maybe that's intended.
although the gameplay itself is quite fun, the design choices are really dumb - this includes the pricing of items and the fact that you need to grind out missions to get decent multipliers.
the hard badge in effect becomes more of a really annoying endurance badge rather than a skill-based one.
The hard was surprisingly easy imo. Got to 50k easily without finishing one of the levels and without redoing most of them. 55k seems doable (correct me if I'm wrong). maybe that should be the hard badge.
Quite an easy hard badge. Especially if you pick lizard at the beginning, which is definitely the best choice. Then you can beat most of the game with Spear/Boulder towers (Mist towers on last couple of levels). From upgrades you pretty much need only the one for coins, gems and mana (ice traps are occasionally useful). 4/5
not much different from the first game apart from new maps. also i don't like the pointless grind on old levels to get the hard badge. i feel like the game could also be balanced better (waves, towers). i'll give 3/5
Nice concept, last levels are really nice puzzles and require some strategic planning. Lack of an erase button is what makes the game challenging, otherwise it would be primitive.
Yes for Fast Forward though. still 5/5
