By the time I get to #everyonehateseveryone, the game is sucking up 75-90% of my cpu usage and 1.4G of ram.
Needless to say, I have not completed the game.
Has the same "sticky key" problem of several of the crappier flash games, where a keypress keeps sending until you press the key a second time. Makes finesse impossible on the "thread the needle" levels.
Needed a little more work before releasing as a preview.
If the left/right controls JUST turned Sarah instead of making her run, it may be an improvement. Also, the 1st person view needs to swing the camera around to the direction she is moving.
I think my favorite parts are how you don't even have to be holding down a directional button to run around, and how you made it so hitting the jump button is totally exciting, never knowing if you will jump or not when you hit it.
Is there some reason this flash app is sucking up 1/3 of my cpu resources and between 1/2 and 2/3 of my RAM? Even when paused, and the intro and level screens? Because if so, I'm not seeing why.
Yeah, it really is just too sluggish until you upgrade drop speed. We learned from that mistake.
