I'd say it's probably closer to PG-13. we allow curse words as expressions, but do not allow people to insult others. we also don't allow sexual, illegal, or violent topics which is fairly normal. I think it's hilarious how the more they make these the badge of the day, the lower their ratings get. I'm sure they'll all be one-star before long. That's how I rated them long ago anyway.
If you enter the factory from the map, it assumes you are starting a new quest. If you enter it from the teleporter, you can continue where you left off.
