Good, great idea, but a few annoying control glitches (notably what counts as a wall jump and what doesn't), and it's possible to set yourself really hard reverse levels ... probably impossible in some cases if you drop off a platform you can't jump up to.
I honestly can't believe this got badges. It's just not fun at all. Maybe it gets fun after half an hour when you can afford things, but it's not worth the investment of time that would determine that.
There's no help about what qualifies for a combo. Apparently two of the same trick doesn't count, and nor does an air trick then a ground trick.
Wolves shouldn't spawn in puzzle mode, I tihnk. And they're too strong overall, if you don't have a killing powerup you can't do anything (so it's 'spawn wolf, restart' which gets boring fast).
Queueing a jump after a fatty is a BAD change. Pressing 'up, up', maybe (like the queued slides), but it's far to easy to hit a fatty and jump at the same time and get a jump you didn't want.
A 3 from me ... well executed, but missing something to link the gameplay together. There's a strong feeling of 'what's the point', particularly when the upgrades get more expensive but your ability to earn doesn't go up. Also, there is no link between score/multiplier and anything that helps you advance. I think the multiplier should apply to gold pickups as well as points.
It's just a little bit too self-aware, almost a meta-game. Some of the elephant games got very close to that line, but this has definitely crossed it. I lost all motivation to play after the pattern became clear.
Having some way of knowing where ghosts are, at least within a short distance of you (on the radar?), would make a big difference. It just felt like I was walking randomly until one appeared around a corner. In PacMan the skill comes in seeing where they are going and how to avoid them or when to eat a power ball; in this version it's just luck, it seems.
This is one of those games where the difficulty comes from difficult controls, not any sort of problem solving or ingenuity. That makes it frustrating, not fun.
