Don't worry after you beat Ashkar (try an apple/merchant guild/bounty deck) you get to look forward to the guy who gets a free copy in hand of any ally he plays
managed to get one of the helixteii's health to NaN. It looked like my stack of zero ships shot one shot just as it died and that made the enemy get a red -NaN on it for damage. Now it says its health is NaN in the enemy overview.
Who in the world is rating this game 4 and above? Even if the bugs (misreporting 100% of enemies killed) and balance issues (some midgame levels seem beatable only if you get sufficient freeze powerups; endgame is very easy and money starts piling up) were fixed this doesn't really offer anything innovative and the graphics, while not terrible are far from god-tier. Fix everything and its a 2.5/5 MAYBE
It would be nice if beating the game unlocked the remaining minigames. Not enough incentive for me to level up 8 more times, but i'd like to try them...
after you max a weapon upgrade their should appear an equip button. As it is you have to click where the pay 2 wood to craft button was to re-equip the wooden sword for example
@aefields, you can find 'complete' (maybe somewhat outdated, but mostly correct) rules here: http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,4461.0.html and just ask a question on the forums or in chat if something isn't covered.
@hotshot one strategy against eternity is to try to accumulate multiple creatures in your hand and play them all on one turn. Also, immaterial creatures or poison circumvent eternity's CC entirely. Sure a halfblood with eternity has its strengths but its far from invincible.
Not a terrible idea with the timing and comboes, but not well executed. Why can one character use another character's AP, makes no sense. Way too grindy and slow. 1/5
Great game. Suggestions for possible improvements: More maneuvering thruster upgrades. I don't really need all that speed when i'm launching straight into enemies; what i'd like is a bit tighter turning radius -- On the radar different colors for speed boosts and coins -- Less randomness to fuel. It should be random but a little more consistency would be better imo -- Don't make us wait to unlock repulsion field. Until then the asteroid belt is practially unnavigable and its one of the last to unlock. In fact just get rid of the unlocks altogether to allow for more choice and strategy -- Allow us to turn off the thrusters to allow for gentle landings and in case we pick up unwanted fuel while falling. Tap down/up to deactivate/activate thrusters. -- Dead alien ships should drop fuel/cash or at least give some cash on the end of flight screen. They are easy to avoid and need some incentive to kill them other than the 2 achievements. Thanks for an awesome game!
I'm a big fan of / sucker for the vertical launch genre, and I have to say this is in my top 3 or 4 along with knightmare tower and the hedgehog launch games. The shooting/dodging enemy projectiles along with the asteroid belt/repulsion field dynamic gives this game its own unique feel. Also the radar is excellent. I personally quite liked the "real navigator"-type mindset of looking at the radar scouting for fuel most of the time and only looking out the 'viewport' when i needed to do some precision flying (avoiding asteroids). 5/5
you should be able to click the sword itself
