I'm glad I decided to play this game on Kong before I tried it out on Steam... the absolutely horrid crafting feature is what kills it. I wouldn't mind grinding multiple battles for a while until I finally get lucky enough to get 2 mithril ores, and a redwood and have just a 50% chance to get the damn sword I expect to get... but I did that for about 5 hours tonight and the best sword i got was iron.. IRON! I did the same thing about 3 mins ago with crappy items and got an adamantium sword.. this needs fixed.

http://imgur.com/oNdwAVi I've unlocked every skill except the Amulet one, from the top Fencing = Chance of Double Attack, Crushing = Extra crit chance, Blunting = Reduce enemy attack, Counter = Counterattack, Revenge = Bonus attack when ally dies, Brotherhood = Bonus attack with active allies, Ranging = Bonus damage with each pierce, Sniping = Increased Pierce chance, Protect = Cleric casts protect, then Dodge n Stun are self explanatory

I had a hunch earlier in the comments, saying how the Ability Guardians scale off not just the warrior's stats, but every character's stats. Guardian on Cave 2 was one shotting every single one of my fully upgraded heroes and was incredibly overpowered... another run where i upgraded no one but the Archer, got back to him and he has a measly attack of 171... Confirmed.. if you're farming abilities just level up your Archer, forget the cleric and warrior altogether.

Okay... after more testing I've discovered that the Ability Guardians aren't just scaled from the warrior, but ALL upgrades from every hero. That being said, if you're hunting for abilities you'd be best focusing on only the Archer for the raw DPS. Quests do NOT scale to stats so if you're doing a Quest run, do all your upgrades. Hope this helps.

Abilities you can get for Archer = Revenge (Boosted attack when ally falls), Brotherhood (Boosted attack for active allies), Ranging (Damage stacks at multiple successful pierces) The best way to get these abilities is to NOT upgrade your warrior... the guardian mirrors the warrior's stats and each one has a different gimmick. Some dodge, some avoid piercing damage, etc.. each spell is more beneficial with each one. If you're brick-walling at lvl 15 make archer your top priority to upgrade. Once you can clear 15, farm dark mana... max the top 3 upgrades at 20 first (crit, pierce, heal) then focus on attack > Health > Mana... armor becomes obsolete pretty fast and is basically replaced with Protection. Mages are pretty pointless early on, but later down the road having that extra cooldown reduction can keep protection stacked up on tough fights. more as i progress.. currently on cave 32

The reset multiplier is a very nice touch, i've brought mine to 6.0 but I'm split between the original one you had where time literally went faster, and the current one where you modify the time requirements themselves. I'm 90% sure they're both the same speed but in the final version would it be possible to choose which one you want as an option?

They are the same speed only it's reflected as real time now, since ppl weren't seeing a difference before. It's a tricky one! I'm also on the fence about it. Rather than giving the two options I think we just need to be really clear in our description of what it does :D

Fun game! I'm trying to figure out which classic RPG classes were the inspiration behind each job... some are pretty obvious, Church Bodyguard is clearly some sorta Paladin or heavy armor Cleric, Pencilsmith seems like a Barbarian, Cyborg is definitely your classic Meatshield Tank.. I think he should have a specific taunt with how his stats are set up.

You have a bit of a memory leak problem, game runs great at first but starts dragging after few hours of being up. Also inventory needs revamped.. maybe stacking consumables would help? Storage at first area before you go diving would be nice too.

It's not every day that I run into a game that draws my attention from an AAA title like Fallout 4 for as long as it did, it's also been quite a long time since I've run into an idle game with this level of creativity and interest. Two thumbs up from me!

Yeah... game started off alright, but when using active abilities becomes important to the win or loss of a match, it's stupid that there's no way to tell where that gladiator is... just a colored dot or something to tell would have been really handy. Game breaking lack of feature is game breaking. 1/5

Might have found a game-breaking bug.. I only have the speed boost skillbook but when I equip it on any character, everything stops moving around the map.. they're bobbing up and down, mana is regenning.. just nothing happening

Not sure if this has been a suggested idea yet but... what if you could "fuse" so many healing scrolls together to make a healstreak book for example. I have tons of the things and I find I rarely use them. This would at least make "farming" more worth the player's time.

I like this game, but you could literally play it forever making your character 100s of years old. In the final version, you should add a ticker that tracks how old your character is, and by the time he reaches 60ish, you have the option to retire. Based on your success (or failure) you get bonuses when starting your next life.

There was age parameter however i decided to hide it... Months are passing only when player is online so there was a confusing situation when i.e i was 25 and my friend was 20, after my longer break i was still 25 while my friend was 40. I think idea of starting next life with i.e inharited investments income or some % of it might be good idea...
