minor bug: the pause/resume button breaks if you do something that auto-pauses (click over into Kong chat, open tech screen, etc) while already paused. Plus speed works to get it going again though.
Wow, more status updates about a bug that wasn't even your fault than some developers give when it actually is theirs. Seriously wish I could push the star rating to 11 for that alone.
Offline mode didn't calculate. Left it last night, on options it said "new text" (remember it because it seemed weird). Now it has "version 1.0a" though. Think my offline time started before the update mentioning to look for which of those it says. Came back to only like 10 seconds worth of profit after nearly a day of offline time.
big agree on need written recipes in shop, and I'm not even colorblind. Besides the gems, I can't tell which staff it's trying to say is needed for crafting the uber staffs.
The stats being reported to the high score interface not only seem very wrong, they also don't seem to line up to any stats in the game that I can see. Seriously, where are these random numbers coming from?
Would be handy if we could see debuff durations on enemies. Ran into a Greater Troll or somesuch that just wouldn't die, found out that my Curse spell was really handy for helping whittle him down, but kept losing track of mental count on rounds remaining before needed refresh. Throw in that trying to refresh early just results in wasted round, and the extreme number of summons I was juggling to deal with him scrolling battle log.. wasn't pretty. OH! Filterable battle log also could be helpful.
Was almost a decent game, until the Flappy Bird controls :( Seriously, the phone version gets exclusive stuff in the shop, at least let actual computer users get exclusive "controls that make sense and have a hotkey for the boost".
1. Mac and Linux are not hipster systems. 2. On Windows, and Unity still doesn't work, because 3. Unity is a buggy piece of feces that shouldn't be used.
Ending was ok, but would've been nice to have a mute button on title screen for people that don't want the end music repeating at them while they sit parked chatting a bit before switching games :|
I was told there would be passive skills? Guess the ones that remain on until you use again sort of count. But there's like one of those per kingdom's skill list. Complexity is nice, but 10 button rotations are not.
Makes the story seem majorly fake when they aren't even slightly tempted to open the dancincat.gif from the files recovered from the enemy facility. I mean... come on! Cat! Dancing! Para-military grade cat dancing! Quick must has open now!
Just one thing I would change: loneliness level is too easy. For most, being alone is rather difficult. But not really due to 'obstacles' per se, so fair enough I suppose.
In addition to the too grindy, too much speed loss, more about keeping off ground than getting speed, yadda yadda... items past 1st tier really shouldn't still be having a penalty, especially when it's not like it would be giving more bonuses than others of its tier without that to balance. Also: just give the stats regular freaking names already. Tired of having to flip back and forth from shop and skill screens just to attempt to figure out what a plus to "like a boss" or "crazy collector" or "herp when I derp" means.
yeah, really love how you gave the keyboard instructions in the instructions section. Very helpful for people like me that played it months ago, still have the save and would rather not reset when COMPLETION is the daily badge and logged in late, and remember liking the keys better than having mouse keep going out of frame. No wait, you totally didn't explain anything.
seriously sick of these identical clone games of Flipline's being the Badge of Day so often. How do these even get scored high enough to have badges in the first place?
16 is seriously broken. First off, the timer isn't synced to gameplay properly, so on an older and/or laggy machine you have to turn quality down, do a run with no stopping in the middle the way the walkthrough shows you able to do, and for some reason putting it on x2 helps. But then he never gets out of the fridge anyhow.
Question still nagging me after more than a year: just how much does strength effect damage anyhow? Hard to figure out which weapon to go with when one has a bit higher base damage but the other has a bit higher strength bonus. :\
Badge of Day awarding is a bit wonky... didn't go on winning a round, didn't go on page reload, didn't go on looking at stats page... then it just randomly updates in the middle of trying another round :\
it should be 100% fixed now. Let me know if you get this again.
