This game is great. Some of you might recognize that this was done by the same people behind "Sprout," even if the account name is different (that doesn't mean it's stolen, though! trust me!). I think that this is definitely a better game than Sprout -- the art is far more elaborate, and the puzzles are much more intuitive. The ending is really charming, too.
I keep debating whether to take this thing off the site, but whenever I do, I read through the comments, see notes like Gregorius's, and I just have to leave it up.
You can't do that forever, Hylius. It gets harder later on, and enemies start moving faster than you and cutting you off, leaving behind bombs and such. But I noticed that you're not even on the scoreboard, which means that you scored fewer than 2k points, so I wouldn't expect you to know what I'm talking about....
This game has consumed about 50% of my time at work for the last several days. It's definitely among my favorite Kongregate sponsorships. Congrats to Kajenx for doing such a great job with this game, and I hope you all enjoy it!
I went back and forth about whether to make the "conquer everything" badge medium or hard. Eventually I went with hard, more because of the time commitment required. I agree with the comments about "all you have to do is X and the game is easy." There are many different not-too-complex strategies that make your army far more powerful than any opposition.
I'll admit it -- this game bored me a bit at first. The more I played it, though, the more I enjoyed it. This is now one of my personal favorites in terms of recent Kongregate sponsorships, and I really hope that everyone plays it a good chunk before giving it a rating.
One of my favorite game philosophies is "encourage what players have fun doing when they're just messing around." I don't think any other game embraces this concept as much as this one.
Hey guys, I realize that MiRaBoLanT probably didn't make this game, but FreeGameJungle has been contacted about this, and hopefully we can get it transferred over to their account. In the meantime, please don't downvote this game based on its origin. Thanks!
I've cherished your MOM since Davis! Maybe I should consult her again tonight for a little implementation of my "Flash 9," as she so affectionately calls it.
