There is a bug about the supreme court: If more than one challenge ends at the same day, the second message just says: No justices voted to upheld and no justices voted to strike it down.
Hm... I have noticed this bug, but I think it's happened even when there was only one challenge in the day. I'll be looking into it after I finish most of FR (possibly today!)

your scandal coverup was not strong enough to erase the remaining scandals. Use a stronger(and more expensive) coverup. The first one only removes benzodiaprenes, cigars and liquor scandals.
Extremely unlikely if you're playing actively. Though, if you've stacked your scandals full of them I guess they could add up. I should probably make it so certain scandals can't drop you below a certain point. I need to retool investigations and scandals a bit for balance, and will be doing so soon.
I do apologize for the delay on that. It's a combination of the running string of crap ever since I"ve been trying to work on that and some level of general exhaustion from all the coding. Again, sorry for the delay and it will be done soon along with other planned features I have mentioned.
