Looks interesting but I can't get past the awkward interactions. Dialogue is slow to load and doesn't advance readily with a mouse click.
If you're going to ask your players to use a search engine as part of the game play, please allow the clues to be copied for ease of pasting in the search engine.
The first clue involved a long address to google docs - that's where I stopped because i wasn't willing to type that much and that exactly for a game. The second part was also something I would have wanted to cut/paste to work out the cipher.
I get the feeling that this is likely a game I'd enjoy, if these details were fixed.
Nice start. Clean movement. Would like to have an option to return to the level select screen. Accidentally played a level a second time and would have preferred to be able to go back and select the right level. Keep going! I'll play the game when you're done!
Nice graphics. The hero is cute and the robots are pretty cool looking. The controls feel good and movement is smooth. However, this could use more story and a sense of progress.
The ends of the "levels" need something more than just being able to walk out the side of the screen as a transition. A splash scene to segue to the next (floor of the factory/area of robot HQ/whatever) level would give your players a sense of having accomplished something and tell them where they are in your game.
I'd also like to see the robots break when they're shot - just disappearing is disappointing - I want to see them as a pile of parts after I end them!
Last suggestion: each level should be a bit different than the last - different robots, robots coming in from different directions, more robots attacking at once, some obstacles to jump over/get around, whatever.
Sorry, can't play. Black page with a square area with right side and bottom scroll bars. Highlighting the black text on the black page reads "@echo off :a color 02 echo %random% goto a"
I wouldn't mind spending a few minutes on a 2048 game, once you get this working.
Looks like this would be fun game, but I don't see a way to rotate the tiles. Second level needs the L tiles to be rotated to create bends in the river, but how?
Really enjoyed this game! The multiple characters with different capabilities type of game is fun and this one adds allowing the characters to separate and act in different screens before returning to finish the level. Good balance of usage of each of the characters. I would like to see them walk a little faster - I found myself jumping just to speed up the transit. Overall, really nice range of puzzles. I hope to see more of your games!
Like it! Speed of movement for the characters should be a little faster. I find myself jumping everywhere just because the walking speed is frustratingly slow.
Clever game. I like your taking the three character concept and not keeping all on the same screen - splitting them up sometimes adds a nice touch to the game
Cool game! could you add a way to see where you are in the levels? I don't know if I;m getting close to the end or what. Also, I'd like to see my scores and do the pick-ups do anything? BUT, fun little game and I do like it
Liked it. Would be good to have some more challenging levels and the ability to see your scores on each level so you could go back and improve the low ones
Pretty similar to lightbot, but I really liked the addition of having two robots to work together (like the last level!) . More levels with interaction of the robots would help set it apart from lightbot.
Error on the math part. 17 should be 0.17. Also, there's generally a chrysalis between the caterpillar and butterfly phases of metamorphosis - not before the caterpillar. Wouldn't have gotten through without a walkthrough - if only for the numbers!
Nice game. I enjoy games that have this sort of intuitive play. No instructions needed. Puzzles were easy - I could see those developing to harder to work out in a longer game. Easy puzzles bring your player into the method of moving forward in the game - harder ones later in a longer game would add challenge after the player has learned the style of play. Looking forward to seeing your future games
Great to hear! In fact, we initially designed 2 longer levels, but had to make it only one and shorter due to time constraints at making some ingredients. This is definitely possible in an upcoming update! Stay tunned :).
This looks like it could be an interesting game, but you're being too subtle with your hints - I can't find them or the way to change anything from the beginning location/state. Is there a way to jump higher, fight the red creature, pass through rocky blocks?
That's a good suggestion and one I will put in before the next upload
