Positive: the game has nice graphics and does not implement premium crap. Negative: it has terrible controls and is WAY TOO SLOW. For an arcade shooting game, that's a huge drawback. Even the upgrade menus are slow! And no, this does not have to do with computer performance, it's just badly timed. 3/5 for the effort.
Sorry if it's too slow. Some of the test players I had were younger audiences, so they wanted it slower. I bumped up the speed a little. Waves generate a little faster now.
This game is laggy and full of bugs (that's my objective rating). Also, it looks quite repetitive and uninteresting (that's my subjective rating). Rated 1/5.
Not a bad game, with good ideas and technically well done, but checkpoints are REALLY too scarce. Not to mention the low running speed, you spend too much time simply getting back where you were. Also, a few bugs which freeze the game happen sometimes and you have to start over. Had to freeze the life variable (it's a double) at 1.000 because frustration was getting too high ;-)
Nicely done for a 3 days work! Still, I lost interest in the game after 3 min. If you intend to put some more work in it, I suggest you give some objectives to the player. Maybe by implementing some kind of stages? Each stage could have its own boss with increasing difficulty for instance. That would not require much more work (at least for the artwork part) and keep players interested. The game in its current state could be a survival mode that could be unlocked after passing a few levels.
thanks! thats our purpose enjoy! :)
