There needs to be a way to track how adding a certain upgrade will affect expenses. Didn't know that leveling employees to 3 would triple expenses. You should label it the 'game over' button.
Intriguing game, intuitive enough to start going right away and engrossing enough to stick with it, especially with the pvp option. Battles do take a while, though - a little long for my attention span. When battling computer players, would you consider adding an option to close the game but save the battle, and resume the battle upon return?
Frustrating - past level 9 the lag is so bad, and controls so unresponsive, it's impossible to accomplish anything. Not a bad concept, but needs work. Also, is it even possible to get more than one upgrade point per level?
Even on low quality, lags so badly it's impossible. Could be fun, but I have 8 GB of ram, dual core processors, and STILL can't play this game? come on, seriously.
The main element holding this back is the size of the screen and lack of aiming device. Now that I have all the upgrades, it's simply a matter of luck that a) I will hit enough boosts or b) I will hit enough extra fuel tanks to beat the game. If the screen was more vertical it would add an element of strategy to trying to aim/time boosts. Barring that, a steering mechanism is a must.
SUPER LAME. Seems like so much thought was put into the characters and upgrade structures, but why would you not be able to see how the placement of one barrier affects the path of enemies BEFORE you place it?! There is no strategy here, you do better to randomly sit barriers all over the board, because all it takes is one to throw off the entire route and make your placements completely useless.
Addendum to my earlier comment - since repeating levels multiple times with no reward is par for this game, it needs to remember where you put the position of the launcher. I can't tell you the number of times I've been on a level, failed, clicked restart to automatically try again (because really, failure is GOING to happen, and you are NOT going to gain anything from it but frustration). Then, the level starts and O! so sorry. Launcher defaults to the left, and the enemies are coming from the left. There's no pause, there's no 'kill yourself to start over' button. Nope, you have to wait until you lose. Again. To get to the main menu and reposition the launcher.
Why would you not get to keep experience from failed levels? How in the world are you ever supposed to get better - luck? Also, slingshot is way to finicky to be a primary weapon. I have a pretty darn new computer, and even on the worst graphics settings I lag making trying to launch (the hit-box is about the size of a pixel) an impossibly frustrating task.
Not a bad game, good concept, but UI is too difficult - the fact that you have to click and drag on such a small screen makes it difficult to target, especially when one accidental click un-checks all the previously selected units
Ok, so first the hit box is definitely too big for a small chibi, and since when did it ever make sense to get hurt by walking into a stunned enemy? points for trying, but could use some refinement. 3/5
Another glitch - you have to re-earn every achievement if you re-load. Thus, I've almost completed the guild quests, but do not have the "join a guild" achievement lol
a little bit of skill? hardly. This game is based on pure luck, and as addicting as watching a computer generate numbers can be, I'm done with this one.
Thank you for your feedback, composer! We will look at your idea of being able to save games being played vs the computer opponents. Have a great day!
