Few things are more annoying than games which bleed memory, generate seemingly random lag, and make my computer boiling lava hot for no apparent reason. However, I could overlook that if some of the top complaints were addressed to make costume collecting and customizing easier. It'd also be nice to be able to see base stats when upgrading.
This game has a lot of potential; when I saw the escape pod and asked him about it, and then the character realized he was hiding something, that was just brilliant, a really good moment in the story. I just wish it was longer, and that there was more to it.
Part of the reason I wanted to play this game is because it was referred to as "multiplayer", but a separate and limited PvP option hardly feels like what I thought I was getting; nor does a computer-controlled clone of my friend's characters. That being said, the game is a great breath of fresh air from the very many Facebook games on the site, though not by much. It's an alright game and I enjoy playing it.
Wow, I'm impressed! So much attention to making this a good game, and you succeeded on all counts. Though I have to say, what I love the most is finally having a puzzle game where I can be creative and not feel like an idiot because I didn't get 3 stars in the level, or beat the time trial, or get the "correct" solution. Fantastic!
No, it's not the best platformer, but it is a damn fun one, and a stunning attempt to produce a legitimate 3D platformer that can run off of Unity. This game gives me a lot of hope for the future of flash games!
The prices of upgrades are absolutely ridiculous. This game could've been a real nice treat if it weren't for that glaring flaw, which obviously isn't getting fixed any time soon judging by your lack of fan interaction. Poorly handled.
My only complaint is that the options for unlimited ammo and auto magnet fill up their respective bars regardless of how many upgrades you've put into them. It means if you don't know any better, you could end up wasting quite a bit of money. It'd be nice if every time you bought an upgrade for one of them, the unlimited option got a little discount. Other than that, this game is amazing!
I'm not done with it yet, but I can safely say this is one of my new favorite games. The art is incredibly well done, the gameplay simple yet refreshing, and the game is just challenging enough to keep me on my toes. Well done, I hope there's more in the future.
After reading the atrocious debauchery of the English language, I clicked on the battle like it told me to and scrolled down to read what others had to say about the game. Fortunately, I wasn't alone in noticing the game's flaws. When I scrolled back up, I had won the battle. Really? I think I'm done here.
This game is amazing. It's incredibly addicting, beautiful, and the gameplay is phenomenal. That being said, the limitation of not being able to do anything without gold at the Nexus (for the most part) is frustrating. While I know that most games have fees for extra goodies, usually there is a way to earn that goodie for free- even if it's a lot more time consuming. I love this game, and I feel cheated when all of these nice items are laid out for only people who can afford them.
You're just an incredible developer. The fact that you are able to release so many games so incredibly frequently still amazes me. It always has, and every time I click a game and see your style of animation, I get excited and think to myself "My God, he's done it again". The honest truth is that as you create more and more games, I always wonder if maybe they will start to get repetitive- and they never do. You always find a way to be refreshing with the tried and true Nerdook formula, and each and every game gets badges from Kongregate- that alone speaks volumes about the quality of your work. Well done, keep up the good work, and know that you've rightfully earned a place as one of my favorite flash developers.
Because the game is so dependent on proper timing in order to succeed, the amount of lag I experienced was incredibly frustrating. It messed me up more times than it should have, and while I'd love to say that it was my fault, I have experienced the same lag on every machine I've played the game on. A small flaw, admittedly, but it was enough to hamper my experience. Please implement at the very least a quality toggle.
