LOL... I love the humour in this one. It's not that hard... I was able to beat it without replaying any levels - I didn't even realise you COULD replay a level for more money until after I'd beaten it and read the comments here.
Good idea. I personally hate it though. I could never even beat world 1-1 on the original mario game, and tetris was a game i played when i was younger and quicker in the mind... at my current state, i can do neither successfully, so the game brings no enjoyment, only frustration. That said, 4/5 for a brilliant concept.
Okay... After playtesting a bit more extensively, it gets a 3/5. It needs a better tutorial/instructions, and it needs a free-play untimed sandbox mode. I love the concept tho.
I was ready to give it a 4/5 until i realised that there's a ridiculously short timer counting down. i've revised to 2/5 because the time limit makes it unplayable.
strongly agree with DemigodX. And the hint button in the sequel is not useful - arguably worse than no hint button at all. It's very frustrating to get all but one of the numbers in 2 minutes, and then spend 45 minutes looking for the last one before giving up in disgust and frustration.
On the third board, the 5 is missing. I got all of the other numbers and then checked the walkthrough; it's not in any of the places indicated on the walkthrough.
LOL... i tried several times, and still can't even get past the first snail... aside from my inability to play platformers (i couldn't beat Mario Bros world 1-1 even after years of trying), i'll evaluate it on quality, instead of my skill: Graphics & Sound: 0/5. Gameplay: unknown. Story: unknown. As such, all I can go by is Graphics & Sound, so it gets a minimum rating of 1/5
I got all except for Bourgeoisie, Flying Solo, and Frequent Flyer Miles... I'll probably stop after I get Bourgeiosie & Flying Solo, coz Frequent Flyer Miles is just too tedious and boring.
I took my Valk up to level 60, but she still couldn't do the volcano yet... I abandoned her and started another char, and I think I'm just gonna play them all up to 50 and see if a secret class unlocks.
