If you have less than 25 SKill Points currently it should apply all of the ones you currently have, and if a skill needs less than 25 to cap it should cap
Curgus the game has a storage issue causing excessive CPU usage, it's not related to your GPU. There might also be other issues, but that seems to be the main one that i have found.
could we get that shift for 25x on everything, convert 25 points, craft 25x, apply souls 25x, etc. Also would like for 25x to max something if it requires less than 25 to max
