@Norma, your build must be bad or you're not using skills correctly because I'm at 80 skill points and still moving along at a decent pace. I hope you bought automation for the buff skills at least. With those you can leave them running for a few hours, come back and get easy skill point gain in just a few combos.
So sad that the best weapon in the game is the one you start with: arrows because thats the only thing that really scales well. Please make bombs and laser viable.
when we said we wanted automation, we didn't mean to have to spend precious skill points that would otherwise boost our production on something that does not boost production. I am endgame with 63 points and I bought all automation upgrades, but now I'm only making like 1 skill point an hour. Automation should have been a level up reward like getting it once an ability is at level 1000
Ok since it is a bug that probably won't get fixed (we all know dev doesn't really update his games), you can still use this to your advantage. Play a long game with a gold build and get every summon to 100, but don't pick a specialization until they are all at 100. Once you picked all summons' specialization, then you can soft reset and begin a new game with all bleed/poison effects still intact. This can be useful for completing challenges earlier than you normally would be able to do them.
FYI: Rebirth effects are permanent, meaning you can get all your summons reborn in one run. When I was able to get to stage 100 on easy, I parked it there for a couple of days with all talent/mastery points on gold gain and I got all summons to 100
