"Combine A with B": it doesn't work. "Combine B with A": it works. WTF? You couldn't figure out that I wanted A and B to go together unless I picked them in the order you wanted?
Geography was never my best subject. I was lucky to get the country right. Sometimes, I wasn't even on the right continent. I did fairly well with the US and Canadan cities, though.
Nice game. My only complaint is that you can't use the mouse for movement (my user interface is a bit wonky; on some games it'll think I'm still pressing a button when I'm not) the poor girl kept walking off ledges.
Great game. I'm hooked. I also have some suggestions to the developer(s) for ease of use: 1. Have a small icon on the corner of each weapon, hat, armor, flair, skill, and special that shows what element it inflicts or mitigates without the player needing to select it. 2. Make the colors of the icons easier to tell apart, such as a more reddish Fire, purple for Zap, and a lighter blue for Ice. I kept getting Fire, Bomb, and Zap mixed up; I'm not sure if other players have this problem also.
Ok, I blew up the red and blue crystals, now for the green one. (dies). Well, at least I already got red and blue. I just need green. Oh, look! Red and blue are back again! (Blows up all three). Good riddance. That just leaves Rainbow Guy. (Shoots Rainbow Guy a bunch of times). What the? (dies). What? I already blew up the frickin' crystals! Several times now! Argh! (foams at mouth) (turns into werewolf) (explodes)...
If Rainbow Guy can kill me with only one bullet, shouldn't I be able to kill him with only one bullet? Either that or give me as many hit points as he has.
(Leaves planet) Oh, crud! The planet's under siege! Land, quick! "Sir, we can't land. There's a shield around the planet." Then how the heck were we ABLE TO LEAVE the planet in the first place?
I propose a software change: Non-pirates do 10x damage to pirates and pirates do 1/10 damage to non-pirates. Either that, or limit PVP to players who opt-in and/or go to KOTZ.
"The protection lasts for only one day." "What!?! How much to turn it on permanently?" "That's not available, sir. You can buy seven days for only 425 Flux, though." "More than 400 Flux for something that goes away after only seven days? Does is come with a seven-day lease for the London Bridge?"
"Sergeant!" "Yes, sir?" "How do keep from losing my junk when I get killed?" "Well, sir, you can get protection for only 75 Flux." "Awesome. Then I won't lose cargo upon dying ever again." "Um, sir?" "What is it, sergeant?"
Traveler's Advisory: Because you can't tell if your planet is under siege when you take off, you might appear in the middle of a swarm and lose all of your junk, including the stuff you've saving for an upgrade for the past several hours. Oops.
