The threat rating is basically when an enemy spawns, how likely it is to be enemy. If it is 1 then only enemies will spawn, if it is 0.05 then mainly friendlies will spawn. Having a threat rating of 2 will not mean any more enemies than 1.
pwnuloser: If you don't like the game, then play something else. Are you going round all your own games whining that the authors arent adding loads of new stuff? seriously, play something else.
JCaesar: Stringers and Carnivores are exactly the same as each other, the only difference is their appearance. Comments like this show that people always just think the other team has an unfair advantage. If you think that then try playing as the other team for a day

I have tried my best to make humans and aliens evenly matched, but didnt want them exactly the same cos that would be boring
unkown, you are starting to get annoying. If is you that doesnt get it, if I hadnt added anti hack things then the place would be overrun by hackers by now. Yes, there will always be people hacking which is why I need to keep trying to stop them. If you have a problem with that then play another game.

KingKd, stop whining. Destroyers are supposed to be expensive to run. If you cant afford it, buy a cheaper ship and do some missions. Getting money is easy in this game
