it is nice and all but the worst thing in any game is when the enemy can dodge and crit. It is ok if the player can though, it's not a double standard it's just the way it is :P
so you made an update, thanks for the mute, still get to lv11 and no more upgrades, difficulty seems the same, were you trying to make it harder or easier? and no point to the souls? maybe when you get 100 you can use them to heal one heart? Can you add high scores to kong at least?
Thanks for the feedback, its much appreciated, but I'm just one person working on the game. I have more content and updates to come, but these things take time. As for the difficulty tweak, I just reduced the amount of zombies at the start, as people were having some difficulties. I hope you (and everyone else) stick around as the game gets updated and improved over time.
i unlocked opportunity master skill under shield, it says increase effectiveness of highlighted skill, so my basic sword does 13 dmg then the shield skill causes the sword to highlight so i use it and it does 13 dmg, so i wasted a key on the shield skill?
Effectiveness does different things for different skills. For the assault skill [sword skill] it affects the specialization you chose. The color of the text on the Hero stats screen correlates to the color of the text in the skill descriptions, this is how you determine what effectiveness does for each skill. I'm also planning on changing Opportunity so that is lasts for 5 seconds and is not consumed when using the skill, which will make it effective for Assault.
Would you mind PMing me your browser/version? It uses localStorage to save, so make sure you're not in incognito/private, and that you don't have addons/extensions blocking it.
the skill descriptions and the actual damage/heal are not the same. i killed the enemy and was about to get the chest when the poison killed me and i didn't get the chest :( not much excitement here, maybe some variety instead of kill/chest/kill/chest
The heal should be pretty accurate, keep in mind the amount of adrenaline you spend on Holy Light will affect its damage and heal (you can slide the yellow bar in the description to account for this. We are toying with the idea of allowing this to be a 'max spend' setting for individual skills that the player can change).
Damage will be different depending on how much defense the enemy has - armored enemies will take less damage from physical skills than mages for instance. There are skills that decrease the enemy's defense which will give you a noticeable jump in damage. Thanks for the feedback!
yes i bought the Monetisation, which is how i knew about the money part, but then i didn't know if the same soft reset i used before activated money or if there was another soft reset somewhere, but when i shut the game down and came back, i think that your game is broke, so when i hit soft reset it is not there now.
The first soft reset is Application which gives power and requires 5 science. The second soft reset is Monetisation which gives money and requires a whopping 50 science. Both need to be unlocked before they can be obtained. Application shows in the Knowledge tab and Monetisation shows in the Power tab. That soft reset you mentioned must be Application.
Noted!
