I beat the game, submitted a score, and went to play again to try and beat my time... but my timer started where I left off (4+ minutes). I can't figure out how to reset the timer back to 0. A bug.
Making yourself an ass in front of the whole gaming community sure improves your reputation as a "professional" Flash gamer. Keep feeling superior because you sacrificed your social life to have so many Kongregate Badges.
Why are there no free missions to earn silver? I'm stuck for 24 hours until I can get my log-on silver! There was no warning not to do this. Nothing. Absolutely terrible!!!
Also, I had to refresh the game to get my parts to appear installed. This should happen automatically. There should also be some kind of timer bar / countdown, to display how much longer you have left until they're installed.
So... I spent all my money at the start on a car + parts. Now I don't have 1000 silver to bet on a race. I can't play the game at all. Pretty poor design there.
Some of the white lasers that the bosses fired would stay on the screen and not disappear; I believe they were the 1st ones first from each new boss. VERY distracting, very hard to tell what is about to fire and what is just a buggy white line on the screen.
WOW. I get 5+ hours into this game, get to the final NecroIsland... and after 5 refreshes for the game freezing up and another 5 refreshes for fixing the laggy memleaks... the game crashes on me. And when I refreshed... I can no longer load my save file OR start a new game. I can't do anything. So there goes 5+ hours of playing! Thanks dev!
Re: Copyright issues. If Blizzard does want to complain, they're going to do it to Kong. And Kong is not going to back you on your points... they're just going to delete it. But assuming they don't send a cease & desist to Kong, you're fine.
Haddock race seems impossible... 3 people have 70 awards, but those 3 have had them for hours and hours now. Not one other person has gotten past 64. I'm guessing those 3 are hacked. I've tried about 100 times to beat Haddock. Most times I die at 14-15 seconds. Occasionally I make it to 24-25 seconds (the half pipe looking structure).
