@XarisD It's because they still get high ratings despite their blatant memory leak issues. I think you need around a 3.7 and the Kong API to potentially get chosen for badges.
Honestly, is it the game's fault for being BOTD? There are lots of Unity games with badges. If anything, blame Chrome for disabling NPAPI support and Unity for taking too long with WebGL. Just try the other six badges if you want that shiny Kongpanion.
Pretty fun and mindless, the game knows what it wants to be: an excuse to shoot at ships and tanks and stuff. It would be nice if there was a faster way to experiment with the stat upgrades compared to resetting everything, just to see how the weapon would work.
A shame that the creator doesn't want to give this game badges, because it certainly deserves more attention. It's simple to see, yet challenging to play with its momentum.
Trying to hit these flying enemies is like trying to hit bees with a bullet. The hit detection is so sketchy at times and it wouldn't bother me if there was a little invincibility period after getting hit. When enemies are all over me, the damage just piles on and I die before I realize it. It's just too frustrating for me to deal with.
Pretty nice, simple game. Although for some reason, when I had the solution arranged, it didn't register until I moved some pieces back to the pegs and then to the squares again.
You think Greg would take into account that this game doesn't work as well as it used to thanks several Flash updates, but I guess he's still too busy working on that mobile division to notice.
It's a shame how much this game hasn't aged well due to the lack of a speed function and overall difficulty, but as far as a game from 2008 goes, it's not bad at all. I was hoping for a small ending instead of being shot back to the main screen though.
Scathing commentary that still applies today considering all the people that vote 1/5 over the lack of a mute button, not loading because of a problem on their end, being a certain genre, they couldn't get the BOTD, and other horrible reasons that significantly lower the overall score. All while idle games continue to get scores above 4.0. I'm sure that's totally fair.
I do like how you took this to an interesting direction, making it more of a puzzle game now that the point system is gone. However, the "zoom in/zoom out" stuff gets troublesome when you're completely zoomed in, unable to see obstacles or enemies properly. Because of this, I felt like I was punished too harshly for slipping up.
Really good racer. I had a blast playing it for about an hour and the turn signals at the top were very helpful. However, I think there's been a mix-up; even with full stats, the seventh race was way harder to beat than the eighth one.
I started as an A, which is the first letter of my name and my last letter was D, which was the last letter of my brother's name. Fancy that. Great game by the way, but I really think it needed a map, because until I found the gravity power-up, I got lost easily.
Thanks for the feedback. Were there any levels in particular where you ended up completely zoomed in?
