I'm impressive at how creative it is. Some of it is a little slow, especially the endings slowly fading from picture to picture, but the game was pretty fun and absurd to play. A shame it doesn't have badges.
It definitely feels like the first game only with most of the minor flaws fixed as well as additional goodies like more weapons, more monster types, and more challenges. A pretty solid sequel overall.
I'm sad to see such a fresh concept being dead in the water. It looks like the guy is still around, but practically working by himself at this point. I'd totally play this on my phone if I had it.
Pretty solid game. I thought it was going to some sort of Dungeon Keeper clone, but I was surprised to find that I had to protect the heroes instead. It's a great concept though it kinda stinks that I have to rely on them hoping they'll go the right way a lot when tiles block the way for me to place a money bag. But I guess you can't have an RPG with a little luck involved.
Splendid graphics and perfectly curved difficulty for a runner. It doesn't have a lot of features, but features aren't important as long as you have gameplay, style, and reward (which this game has).
Good game and it's nice how you made it with the intent of making it colorblind-friendly. However, it would be nice if the enemy bullets were more visible so they'd be easier to see when there's so much stuff on the screen.
I played the first game before this to see what changes it'd bring, but there's nothing new to it other than the purple box and the story. The rabbit is still way too powerful since the other two can't jump very well and that's no good in a puzzle platformer. I ended up using the rabbit the most.
Pretty neat idea. I assume it was easy for the kids, so I think you got the difficulty down pat. Though I think the mouse could be a little more agile in my opinion.
A shame that it's so slow because of its age. I really do like the game, but it seems that Flash updates really hurt it in the long run. Maybe one day it will be remade properly.
I feel like simple games like this have been done way better before. Why are there levels where you can't even do anything and you win three stars for them?
I'm digging the Don Hertzfeldt animation style this game has. Though I have to say that hitting tanks with projectiles is nothing short of a miracle; those missles pretty much go all over the place!
You know, there is the making of a great game here, but it's clear that this is too advanced for Flash. It's so unoptimized that my keyboard inputs freeze because of the amount of stuff that's happening on screen. Because of this as well as the FPS frequently dipping down, the game is ten times harder than it should be. Whoever beats this has way more patience than me or a computer that runs on the blood of Satan.
I think I see why the ball doesn't always respond to my line: the top of the ball is supposed to go through so that you can make platforms when you jump. The problem is that if the top of the ball touches your line first, it will go through, leading to a lot of mine-exploding. It's also really hard to draw smooth curves when the lines themselves are rather jagged. I really want to like it since it's a creative concept, but it was too frustrating for me to enjoy. I didn't feel happy that I beat the boss, just relieved that it was over.
It's strange that I thought of a comatose person while I played this and the end is him waking up for real. I also feel like the button mechanic represents some sort of criticism for video games, but damned if I know what that is. Still a very nice experience. 5/5
A nice spin on choose-your-own-adventure tales. I knew this had an Icarus Needs feel to it and what do you know, you're the same guy that made that game. 5/5
Jumping is so broken. Even when it does work, you cannot control what direction you go. Once you jump right, you're locked until you land. And he didn't bother to translate the questions to English. It's pretty clear that this was a school project that was posted to Kong for God knows what reason. 1/5
I admire the concept but it seems to put a huge strain on my flash player. All the random platforms and lines pointing to trinkets slow me down significantly. Also, I'm not sure what the message is supposed to be here. Is it the downfall of greed, not listening to what people or computers tell you to do? I feel like it needs a clearer message here. 3/5
