Haa, I should have seen this from the beginning, what we have here is a sort of false dilemma. As I've said before, why wouldn't you add points in attack or defense? There aren't just three "paths", there are hundreds of them. The legions and equipment are there as to allow the player to get a taste of the end game raids. In the long run attack and defense do matter in raids. Yes, you can't be the best at anything if you only add to attack or defense, but that point is moot, as you would only need to add a few points into stamina in order for it to be effective, all the rest can be added to attack and defense. Scratch that, you can be the best at jousting even if you don't put any points in stamina as jousting relies on honor, which rises with each level automatically. P.S. Don't you like debates? But you know, the only reason I'm continuing this talk with you is because I just can't stand it when people say stupid things, whether they be opinion or not.

My, how unusual it is to find myself commenting three times in a row, I do apologize for all the inconvenience this may bring to others. s8219090, I would also like to remind you that there are puzzles in this game in the form of crafting. There are components that can only be found by going to certain areas to do certain things, while wearing certain equipment, and with certain people in your legion.

As for the thing about energy, some people, such as I, would rather prefer not to rush things, but rather have a large enough energy pool for a day, dump it all at once, and wait for the next day to once again drown myself in the world of fantasy. The same can be said for a good book, you can't read it in a single day, but rather taste the succulence of each chapter, stopping once in a while for fear of diabetes, while Dream World would be the book with a mediocre story that leaves a cliffhanger at the end of every chapter to keep you reading until you've burnt yourself out. Haa, truly the internet has given birth to children who consume knowledge rather than revel in it.

Again with the stupid arguments. So basically you're looking for a game where you linearly put stats in a single thing in order to become stronger? Why would you even not put points in attack or defence? Basically, as I've already said, it's on how you want to play, you can be the best quester, finishing the story as quick as possible, or you can be the high stam guy who helps out failing raids, or perhaps you could be a PVP behemoth. Also, the problem of having low attack, as far raids go, can be remedied by having good equipment and a good legion. Being "strongest" does not have a definition, as even in big MMORPGs such as WoW there are people who are strongest in raids, being able to carry a weak team through Naxxramas and yet can be easily dispatched by a good enough Rogue, who would have difficulty in such raids. The DotD community is a varied one.

@irjebus, the regeneration rate improves when you get a class upgrade at 100 and some other level. @s8219090 the energy system in Dream World sucks, because it has a hard cap that the player cannot influence and it is up to the devs whether they'll add a new "badge" or quest to increase said cap. This is really something I've seen no sense in complaining at, even less than the guys who simply complain about the wait. It's all in how you want to play the game, those who improve attack and defense are going to lack the energy and stamina you have, they may be an unstoppable force in the battle arena, but they won't progress as much as you do, due to the lack of stamina and energy. @everyone, is my frequent commenting getting annoying?

Hahaha, Altera, Adventure Quest doesn't require money? Heck, most of the good classes there can't be leveled up past job class 5 without a premium account, at least here we can earn PC in game. Besides, that's a different sub-genre of multiplayer games than this one. I do agree though that if they made something like "Quest of the Dragons" that runs on a similar engine as Adventure Quest, it'd be a good game.

GD, those boxes are a remnant of an already removed feature, once you log in you automatically get a reward without having to open anything. If a box appears in your inventory just ignore it.

To those who are wondering, Perception increases the chance for "World" drops when questing. These are different than the things you usually get for questing and include stat points and potions. More features are planned for this stat so that it will affect raids and battles as well.

OMG! Energy system! 0/5! This game shouldn't be on Kong, because it makes me have to wait! *sigh* Seriously, if you're dissing on this then you should also dis on idle games since this is basically a multiplayer idle game. If you don't like the genre then don't play, ignore it and don't rate it.

To those who say that the items you have to buy with real cash ruins the game look up "Shield of Ryndor" and "Sword of Conquered Kingdoms" in the Crafting menu. When upgraded they are the strongest equips in the game and they're 100% free, and there are other craftable items that are on par with the Dragon coin items. Also, every 21 days of continued play you can get 15 dragon coins by crafting for free.

The story at the epilogue was getting good, but then it ended with an "it". I mean, who ends epic annuls with an "it"? But I digress, the game was good, it was a bit easy and short but it was still better than Hands of War 2, 5/5
