I've got to wonder. After day 25 when *spoiler* happens, how are you restocking items? Who are you paying? Are there secret traveling merchants you don't know about? There was an apocalypse, and if this was an RPG we all know that there is a merchant just waiting to greet the hero nearby somewhere so you can sell your crap, but this isn't an RPG, so how are you getting new items?
One more point. The difference between mage and warrior skills is glaring. Mages have fifteen skills while warriors only get three. As a person who generally goes for the warrior class, it would be appreciated if you would make more warrior skills if you make another game. Thank you.
Heal spell is weak no matter what you do, and that's just wrong. You shouldn't have to rely on potions. The amount you can heal should increase like your attack spells. More magic should mean more power to the heal spell.
Auto click power: $1900. Random power-ups: Various amounts. Infinite ammo on all missions combined with random gun at the start: Ultimate epic pwnage! 5/5 stars. Keep up games like this, please.
I may have found a possible bug. I had been focusing on destroying crystals, so I wasn't protecting my glade as much. They had taken all the mushrooms and it said my glad was lost, but I killed the things that had taken them, putting my mushrooms back, meaning I didn't lose my glad. The thing was that it froze the level because of it. It was at the very last of that level, the last of the monsters. On level seven. It might be hard to recreate this one, but it did happen and forced me to do it all over again.
I had a strange issue with Ashe as well in campaign. I brought out a single monster, not five, and right away he was vanquished. While awesome, it's a little sad.
Using up a week to actually train your stats I understand. It's fair. But using up a week for us to practice the game and get a feel for it? That's just plain stupid. We may as well start a game just to practice the games then reset everything so we can not lose four weeks practicing the ability mini-game.
Starting a new game did nothing. No matter what I do it won't let me give him the troll head. No script shows up. He just stands there, looking like the idiot he is, not giving the troll head to the guy. Thanks for missing such an obvious bug.
-_- Too bugged. Unlike NewMonster, when I leave the map and come back with the one-eyed troll it won't let him take it. I've quit the game and everything. My only chance is to reset the game. I don't even know if doing that will help. Really, though, you fixed other things. Why not fix this?
I have to know this. I really do. How do you take one of the best games of all times (Epic War 4), with many upgrades, plenty of power, and strong characters, and make it WORSE?! Why would you make it worse than its predecessor? Are you insane? You know something that works. While it might be boring to keep going with that same theme, don't make it worse than it was. Improve upon the idea that actually worked, one of the best games out there. This doesn't deserve five stars, not compared to 4. You get three for making it worse.
Wait, so you're allowed to upgrade your mana pool to max, but your attack, shield and others stop at a certain level without getting maxed out? Something seems a little lopsided here. And jeez. Once you spam the first few levels and get your mana pool and recharge rate to a certain level, you just need your thunder turrets and copters. No other units are needed. Really, really sad. Give us a challenge. Or actually max out your battle upgrades please.
I found a bug/glitch. I don't know how I got it, so I can't possibly tell you how to recreate it. I always go fight in the arena while I wait for some extra energy to make another attack on a mission battle. And it always works. However, this time, for some reason, I'm at like six energy and I go fight in the arena and it doesn't change. I talk in chat for a few minutes and get it to eight. Then I fight in the arena again and when I win and come out it's down to five, but turns to six almost right away. I don't know why, but the arena is siphoning off my energy. I haven't tried to refresh it to see if it gets fixed. Not yet. I just think it's an annoying thing to pop up randomly, so I thought I should explain it here.
*Cries.* Why?! Why must you forsake us, Nerdook?! This is yet another game without an epic song at the end. Do you hate us now? What have we done to receive your wrath? Whatever it is, I humbly apologize. And beg of you not to be angry at us anymore and to continue to create epic songs. Without your songs at the end the game seems like it never truly ends. Please bring back your epicness so we may bask in your glorious songs.
Pretty nice game, and not that hard of a hard badge. I must say, though that my hand is killing me from all that twirling of my robot. Next time you make a game, could you please add a pause function?
Apparently, not only they qualified to rule the world by being the stupidest idiots that ever lived, buuut... They must also be part Prinny. Why else would they blow up when they don't have enough food, dood? Maybe if you paid them more they wouldn't be this dumb.
Biggest problem I have is that I'm a rather fast typer. And because of it, a lot of times the words don't register until a few seconds have passed or I have to retype those last few letters to get it to work for me. Then there's the time when ninja's seem to have taken some sort of "invincible drug" that lets them ignore the pain of my word cuts to finish their mission. Didn't know they had suicide runners, because a drug that potent is going to kill them right after they've damaged my temple, obviously. Also, archers are pointless to me. They only get in my way. It would be nice if there was a different upgrade, or for those that like it a seperate upgrade, like making ninja's slower without having to use your powers. Not by much, but even a few nanoseconds could buy you time. Time to try and retype a word it isn't accepting.
The REALLY should have linked the games. Carry over your save to the new game. Because it's ridiculous how low a level you start compared to what level you made it to in the previous games. It really reduces the greatness of the games.
That's just the way my grandfather told the kids to get off the lawn: By upgradding his mower until it became a spinning vortex of death. When done right, they NEVER come back looking for that missing baseball, and Girl Scouts just leave the boxes on the sidewalk then run as fast as they can.
Other than the one time data loss my complaints about this game are minimal. The biggest problem I had with it was when you'd push yourself against a piece of land, with plenty of time before the map crushes you, and you have almost all your shield and you just... explode. That's the only thing you really need to work on if you do a second one. Besides that, this game was amazing. Not only was it a rather large game, which I enjoy, but the story was phenomenal. And the endings were quite touching. If there were a higher rating, I would give it. As it is 5/5 Keep up the amazing work.
