Thank you, auto-pilot. For having that instant paddle upgrade that I could never seem to find in the game. One day I just know that I'll find it. That ultimate teleport upgrade that lets me put my paddle where I want it when I want it and not have to worry about using mortal, slow hands to keep up with the shiny bouncing squares.
If there's one thing I've learned playing games it's this: Goblins should NOT be allowed to hit that hard. They are almost always the weakest monsters, so how is it that they're the hardest hitters in the game?
I almost expected a shop at the very end, right before the boss, as all classic RPG's have. The world is coming to an end, most people have fled, yet capitalism is alive and charging us a fortune. Though somewhat short, a great game. 5/5. I look forward to future installments.
I got all excited because I found a free shovel. ...And then felt my heart sink because I accidentally clicked that stupid tiny trashcan icon. Find a different way for us to discard that doesn't make us accidentally lose great weapons. And fix the damn G button to save your companion so I don't have to keep restarting my game.
I have only one suggestion for your great game. Have the left click mouse button make us jump. If we use it to move the camera around quickly, and WASD to move, then I don't want to have to stop using the mouse so I can use the space bar to jump. It makes things a bit easier without taking away from the difficulty of the game.
The deeper I was able to go the more foreboding the music. I knew what was coming. I knew how it must end. Moment *mumbles* happened I let lose with harpoons. I'm just sad that I couldn't do anything. Great game, though.
I must reach the end... I must reach the end... I will not eat, drink or sleep until I reach the e- OH MY GOD! 1001! Never mind! Seriously, though. Great game. Even if it was an evil one. The only thing I truly hated was how you could sometimes come out of a curve only to find a wall right there waiting for you. No chance to auto-correct out of the curve, let alone time enough to avoid the wall. It's hard enough taking a curve (or two or three as the case may be), but having a wall there makes it about luck rather than your skill with the mouse. Still. 5/5 for me.
It's weird. I reach the capital, get thrown in jail, and I get through the tunnel. There's supposed to be a bucket stuck on the bottom with a rope I can climb. But there isn't. The bucket is always at the top when I pass it. And then, when I try clicking things, the game freezes on me. And it's only doing it on that one spot. What am I doing wrong here?
Besides the obvious broken English in the game, I only have a couple complaints about it. One is that it's kinda boring, especially the last level when really I'm just having my guys holed up in a corridor, letting the enemies come to me and get stabbed. Second one is the very small print. I had to get in close or squint my eyes to see it. It kinda hurt my eyes. Other than that, decent game.
I went through the first setting and I tore my hair out. I started Original and I killed myself before I got to the end. Let's just say I didn't try Insane.
On Angry Zombies level how is it that you can shoot out the entire support of the building, and yet the building stay up in the air, not falling down? It makes no sense. It DEFIES THE LAWS OF PHYSICS!!! It's insane!!! "It's freaking me out, man! It's freaking me out!!"
I don't understand why, but this is one of the only games I've run into on Kong that won't load for me. It shows a page with an Elephant on it with a button to Continue. When I press it it takes me to a blank purple screen. *Sighs.*
And now I have this problem. My screens crashed so I had to refresh. Which means I have to load a save. But when I click on Load for my character it won't let me play. Am I seriously going to have to play through the entire thing again and never leave the game? That's ridiculous.
It would be nice if you told us this simple thing: That in order to get past the first couple of castles you are allowed to click the first unlocked unit twice. Nowhere does it tell us that we can do that from the start. So we either have to guess, or search through all the comments until we find someone that already knows.
I can't explain why, but it would not let me load the game. When I first started the game it loaded quickly, but froze on 26%. I figured I'd refresh. So I did. And it loaded again. Only to get stuck at 22%. Then 17%. Then 6%. Then 5%. Refreshing it took me further and further back in loading, not forward. I almost have a feeling that this only happened to me. Something is keeping me from playing this game. Which is too bad. I wanted to try it.
...No. Just no. Can't games like this be removed? It's so pathetic... Please, for the love of all that is holy, leave Kongregate forever and go get a GIRLFRIEND. Now, good day. I SAID GOOD DAY!
