Looks ok, if somewhat limited by tedious level graphics, repetitive and dull gameplay that consists of walking around in circles while holding down the left mouse button. *yawn*
Some of the beauties of this game are the brevity of the waves per level and the simplicity of the maps. It is an excellent, winnable introduction to the tower defense genre embedded in a story.
Great conceptual gameplay, extremely well implemented! Not overly complex. Not overly simplified. Winnable, but challenging. Puzzle aspects, strategy aspects, and TD aspects combined well for a 5/5 rating from me. Needs badges.
I like it, but... Easy isn't easy. Yeah, I can spend less than I make in interest. I get to waves 49 and 50, and bullet towers, missile towers, etc. won't save me. Compare this to the Gemcraft games, which are winnable and vastly replayable.
I am not particularly fond of time management games. This one starts off unbelievably simple (dull). It is either bugged or gets impossibly difficult on the first level. I found that I could prepare both foodstuffs at the same time, but could deliver neither to their respective customers.
I've said this before, and I'll say it again - Kongregate needs a ZERO star, FAIL rating. Congratulations on creating crappy graphics. I'm sure the 10,000 points for uploading something will impress your baby brother, the kids on the short bus, and numerous insects.
Boring. Difficult to discern what "lane" an enemy is in. Great graphics, ALMOST lousy gameplay. Needs a pause feature. Needs some sense of progression other than more difficult and numerous enemies. Needs something that can be construed as positive rewards.
The avatar can ONLY be a Caucasian male? If so, why not start him off with Stealth bombers and VTOL fighter jets, nuclear weapons, chemical weapons, and remote controlled drones to send into the arena?
There is a reliance on randomness in the battles. Unfortunately, numerous battles are "close" at best, a dull, unrewarding grind at worst. There is too little information on the abilities. How can I raise the speed of my attack in each class?
Needs a way to quit to menu. I am attempting to play a charmer, and can not get past the level 3 Title Battle vs a Mage. I will attempt to play a mage and warrior to see if it is a balance issue.
Can't seem to actually USE an explosive in combat, which would be very helpful in dealing with the clone-bots. Other than that, no complaints. Graphics could be better, but then the memory load would go up significantly.
